When God Showed Up in the Hospital

I'm a nurse, and I've seen miracles that medicine can't explain. But one particular night shift changed my understanding of faith forever.
A young mother was dying. The doctors had done everything, but her organs were failing. Her three children were in the waiting room with their grandmother, who was praying fervently.
I was alone with the patient when she flatlined. As I began CPR, waiting for the code team, I found myself praying - really praying - for the first time in years. 'God, these children need their mother. Please.'
What happened next still gives me chills. The room filled with a warmth I can't describe, and I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The patient's heart started beating again before the code team arrived.
She not only survived that night but made a full recovery that baffled every doctor. The grandmother hugged me later and said, 'I knew God would send an angel.'
I don't claim to be an angel, but I know God was in that room. That experience rekindled my faith and reminded me that we are all instruments of His love and healing.
